Different signs of menopause
In menopausal women, the skin secretes less oil, making it super-dry and less supple. It is best to be prepared and know what are the signs of menopause in women. Most women first begin to experience these signs or symptoms many years before they completely cease to menstruate, with the first of these emerging during a woman’s late 30s, 40s or 50s. Fatigue can be described as generalized weakness, tiredness regardless of amount of sleep and a general feeling of being unable to complete daily tasks.
In addition to dealing with hot flashes, mood swings, and other symptoms that accompany menopause, many women undergoing premature menopause have to cope with additional physical and emotional concerns. Every woman experiences menopause, but not every woman reaches menopause the same way.
